How is a Fractional COO different from a consultant?

How much of my time will the engagement require?

What if it’s not working — can I cancel?

Yes. All our contracts are month-to-month. If it’s not the right fit, you can wind down with 30 days notice.

Do you work remotely or on-site?

All our engagements are fully remote. We work with clients across the US, Europe, and the Middle East. As long as your team works digitally, we can operate effectively.
