I grew my first agency to 100 employees in five years. I found it difficult to balance strategy, strategy execution, organization and managing the team day-to-day.

I started Asamby in 2019, as a remote-first operations consulting firm, to help founders with the same challenges. But something wasn’t quite right (yet).
